The Taipei City Zhongzheng Parent-Child Center is entrusted by the Department of Social Welfare of the Taipei City Government to the Hyper-Convergence Cultural Foundation for operation and management.
The Zhongzheng Parent-Child Center is a digital playground for parents and children to bond and interact. It promotes reading as an activity between parents and their children in the digital age. It also enables the advantages of virtual learning by using technology to help develop artistic creativity in children.

We use various digital media to lead parents and children into the digital world, allowing them to experience the convenience and fun that digital technology brings to learning and to promote and demonstrate the use of digital norms early. For example, the Center has facilities such as "Digital Planting", "Digital Puzzle", "Digital Co-Reading", "Digital Graffiti Wall", and "Digital Game" to guide parents and children to experience interactive learning through technology.
The playground is exclusively for infants and toddlers aged 0 to 2, integrating physical activities and sensory exploration into a comfortable and safe environment. There are facilities to help children's physical development, such as the "Step by Step" toddler area, "Climbing Slide", and "Wall of Holes", as well as a dedicated teaching area for toddlers to learn how to play with the toys and an "exploration cave" full of sensory stimulation which enables children to explore with their parents, at the same time, spending quality time together.
In cooperation with the Yun Taiko Drum Troupe Zai-Yi-Chi Toys and the Tiny Seed Physical Fitness Studio, we regularly hold activities on music rhythms and physical fitness, also added a physical fitness play area to guide parent-child physical exploration, to gain physical awareness of the body and to inspire the ability to listen to music and feel rhythms.
In addition to setting up a parent-child digital reading area and leading parent-child digital reading activities regularly, the Hyper-Convergence Foundation also cooperates with Lang Lang Bookstore to organize parent-child co-reading events in the hope of encouraging parents to guide their children to get inspired by reading and build a foundation for long-term learning.
Under the "big tree" in the central area of the venue, there are also various areas for children to play with physical toys, such as "sound and light tunnel", "science and senses", "puzzle games", "picture book reading", "art creation", "building block construction" and "physical fitness play area", which complement the digital virtual facilities. The facilities are designed to meet the needs of children's various abilities and individual development, stimulate the scientific potential of young children, and bring about interaction and communion between parents and children.
